0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 17, 1967
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Gottfried at 8:OO P.M.
Present were Mayor Gottfried, Alderman Joost and Alderman Linck.
The Minutes of the May 3, 1967, meeting were read and approved.
Alderman Joost moved to recommend to the City Council to authorize
employment of additioilal clerical help for City Hall during vacations
Seconded by Alderman Linck, motion carried.
Alderman Linck moved to allow City Clerk and City Treasurer to attend
Clerks and Finance Officers Conference at Oshkosh, total cost not to
exceed $100.00. Seconded by Alderman Joost, motion carried.
The City of Muskego received a check in the amount of $73.92 as our
share in the settlement of the State action on price fixing of rock salt
prices.
Alderman Joost moved to advertise for sale tax delinquest property of
the City. Seconded by Alderman Linck, motion carried.
0 It was agreed by the Finance Committee to recommend that the Librarian
use telephone calls and letters in an effort to get people to return
over-due books, but need not have the Constable pick them up.
Mr. Edgar Krueger of Big Bend will be invited to attend another
Finance Committee meeting to clarify parts of his fingerprinting
report.
Motion by Alderman Linck to recommend.voucher for $1500.00 for
Leslie Sorenson & Sons be approved for payment. Seconded by Alderman
Joost, motion carried.
Motion by Alderman Joost to recommend the Mayor and City Clerk be
authorized to negotiate contract for Blue Cross - Blue Shield
insurance for the coming year. Seconded by Alderman Linck, motion
carried.
Alderman Linck moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Alderman
Joost, motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 10:15 P.M.
