The meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M., by Mayor Gottfried.
Present were Mayor Gottfried, Ald. Budish, Ald. Joost and Ald. Linck.
The minutes of the April 5, 1967 meeting were read and approved.
0 Robert Whalen and Gary Whalen applied for a Class B Fermented Malt
Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License to be used at Bayside Inn.,
S78 W16355 Woods Rd.
Nicholas Paradiso of Greendale applied for an operators license.
Frank Szalkowski applied for a Class B Fermented Malt Beverage and
Intoxicating Liquor License for the Cottage on Durham Dr.
William Van Remmen and Shirley Frank applied for a Class B Fermented
Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License to be used at W191
S7690 Racine Avenue.
Henry Wolf, Chairman of the Industrial Development Committee attended
the meeting.
Motion bv Ald. Budish to Dresent a resolution to offer for sale , tax delinquent lots acquired by the City, seconded by Ald. Linck,
motion carried.
Ald. Dudish moved to recommend delinquent personal property taxes
Hillview Sand E, Gravel Inc., $630.07 and Valley Sand E, Gravel,
receivable from Erwin R. Kalweit in the amount of $350.58,
$3,725.27, be declared uncollectable, motion seconded by Ald.
Linck, motion carried.
The City Clerk informed the Finance Committee that the church
building in the Jensen Estate is now City property. It was the
feeling of the committee that the City need not insure the property.
Ald. Joost moved to adjourn the meeting at 1O:lO P.M., seconded
by Ald. Budish and meeting adjourned.
