Minutes of meeting held A .pri1 5, 1967.
The meeting was called to order at 7: 30 P.M., by Mayor
Gottfried. Present were Mayor Gottfried, Ald. Budish, Ald.
Joost and Ald. Linck.
The minutes of the March 22, 1967 meeting were read and approved.
Arthur Budahn of Milwaukee applied for a Class A Fermented Malt
Muskego Beer Depot.
Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor license to be used at the
The Finance Committee received a letter from Charles Dreyfus
in which he made an offer of $300.00 to purchase City land
formerly owned by the John Schlesinger Estate.
Motion was made by Ald. Linck to recommend the March, 1967
financial statement be approved as received. Motion seconded
by Ald. Budish, motion carried.
Motion made by Ald. Budish to recommend approval of vouchers
payable April 11, 1967 in the amount of $23,209.90, seconded
by Ald. Linck, motion carried.
Ald. Joost moved to authorize the City Clerk to purchase 500
reduced size operators license forms, to be used for laminating
at a cost not to exceed $35.19. Motion seconded by Ald.
Budish, motion carried.
Motion made by Ald. Budish to recommend the transfer of
Rental. Motion seconded by Ald. Joost, motion carried.
$2,250.00 from the general fund to a new account 747, Sewer
W194 S7343 Richdorf Drive, stating he applied for and received
The Finance Committee received a letter from Dennis Cavett of
a building permit for a garage. Because of financial circum-
stances he is unable to build the garage and ask for a
refund of his $9.00.
Ald. Budish moved to recommend a refund of $9.00 for Dennis
Cavett, motion seconded by Ald. Joost and motion carried.
A letter was received from Attorney Robert Schroeder in
regard to the Schwefel property, stating the conservation
department has shown an interest in the property.

The draft of the new city seal has been completed by Ald.
Motion to adjourn by Ald. Joost, motion seconded by Ald.
Budish and meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
