FCM19661005FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEG0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 5, 1966 Present were Mayor Gottfried, Alderman Joost and Alderman Linck. Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. 28, 1966, were read and approved. The Minutes of the meetineheld on September 21, 1966, and September Roy Palubicki, Wentland Dr., Muskego, Donald Boehm, City of Franklin, and Violet &no, Durham Dr., Muskego, applied for Bartender's Licenses. Alderman Joost moved to recommend approval of Bartender's Licenses for Charles St. John and Marjorie Backhaus. Leonard E. Dunn, 1919 N. Summit Ave., Milwaukee, applied for a Transient Merchant's Licenses - same will be investigated. The Finance Committee met with the City Clerk, City Treasurer, City Assessor, Building Inspector and the Library Board to discuss the 1967 Budget. Alderman Joost moved to have a resolution drawn up to refund one year's assessment of improvements on the property of Anthony Demshar as per the opinion of the City Attorney. Seconded by Alderman Linck, motion carried. 0 -e Alderman Linck moved to have the City Clerk transfer $950.00 from Account #60l, Official Salaries, to Account #602, Other Salaries. Seconded by Alderman Joost, motion carried. Upon recommendation of the Safety Committee Alderman Linck moved to present a resolution to the City Council to transfer $750.00 from the General Fund to Account #604, Dog Warden. that binder coverage became effective October 1, 1966. The Finance Committee received notice from Sentry Insurance Co. Alderman Linck moved that vouchers in the amount of $42,695.12, payable October 11, 1966, be recommended to the City Council for approval. Seconded by Alderman Joost, motion carried. Alderman Joost moved to transfer $2,200.00 from the road account to Acct. #787, seconded by Alderman Linck, motion carried. The Finance statement of September, 1966, was received and placed on file.
