Alderman Bostater moved to grant a Beer Picnic Permit for August 28th and 29th, 1965, to the Veterans of Foreign Wars for the purpose of serving beer at the Muskego Country Fair on those dags. This was seconded by Alderman Wolf and the motion carried. Mayor Gottfried indicated that a young man had presented himself for application for a Transcient Merchants License for the purpose of selling ice cream in and about the City. Since it was questionable as to what types of businesses this ordinance applied to, it was recommended that the license be referred to the Rules, Laws 6s Ordinance Committee along with a suggestion that a manscient Merchant Ordinonce be reviewed. Mayor Gottfried then brought up the subject of the Glockner Junk Penult.
