1. At the direction of Mayor Damaske, the City Clerk’s office is researching the steps in the process the City
needs to undertake to prepare the City for a referendum election for Spring, 2006 to address the full
time/part time mayor question. This topic will appear on the agenda in a timely way pending completion
of the necessary research.
