MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS - Discussion update and possible action may be taken on any or all of

1. Approve annual maintenance for Library sprinkler system, $395.00, same as last year (Library)
2. Approve maintenance agreement for heating and ventilation equipment, Library & City Hall, $2,645.00 –
2005/2006, (agreement for 2004/2005 was $2,559.00) (Maintenance)
