Please take notice that following item 2 under New Business the Finance Committee of the City of Muskego
will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into closed session pursuant to: §19.85(1)(c) Considering
employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the
governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically to be discussed, grievance
filed by AFSCME – Telecommunicators.
Action may be taken in closed session. The Finance Committee will then reconvene into Open Session for the
continuation of agenda items.
