1. Continue discussion of the review and possible amendment to Business Credit Card Policy including

NEW BUSINESS - Discussion update and possible action may be taken on any or all of the following:
1. Recommend approval of Quietwood East II Subdividers Agreements and Letter of Credit
2. Recommend approval of Kenwood Place Subdividers Agreements, Model Home Agreement, and Letter of
Credit.
3. Recommend approval of Lindale Villas Subdividers Agreements, Model Home Agreement, and Letter of
Credit.
4. Recommend approval of the sale of $1,585,000.00 General Obligation Promissory Notes
5. Recommend approval of the sale of $4,315,000.00 Sewer System Revenue Refunding Bonds
