NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that following Periodic License Reviews the Finance Committee of the City of Muskego will convene
upon passage of the proper motion, into closed session pursuant to: §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion,
compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction
or exercises responsibility, more specifically, grievances filed by the Wisconsin Professional Police Association, Grievance
#03-338 (Overtime Denial). Action may be taken in closed session. The Finance Committee will then reconvene into
open session to continue with agenda items.
