Please take notice that the Finance Committee of the City of Muskego will convene upon passage of the proper
motion, into closed session pursuant to: §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or
performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or
exercises responsibility, more specifically, grievances filed by the Wisconsin Professional Police Association,
Grievance #03-338 (Overtime Denial).
UNFINISHED BUSINESS - Discussion update and possible action may be taken on any or all of the
following:
1. Consider Police Association Overtime Grievance (Deferred 8/20/03)
2. Review proposal for non-represented retiree insurance (Mayor) (Deferred 8/6/03, 8/20/03)
