Please take notice that the Finance Committee of the City of Muskego will convene upon passage of the proper
motion, into closed session pursuant to: §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or
performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or
exercises responsibility, more specifically, grievances filed by the Wisconsin Professional Police Association,
Grievance #03-163 and #03-164 (tuition reimbursement).
The Finance Committee will then reconvene into Open Session for the continuation of business.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS - Discussion update and possible action may be taken on any or all of the
following:
1. Discussion regarding HR/Assistant Administrator Position (Mayor) (deferred 1/22/03, 2/5/03, 2/19/03)
2. Approval of Subdividers Agreement, Letter of Credit, and Cost Breakdown for The Settlement
Subdivision (Plan) (deferred 2/25/03)
3. Approval of Subdividers Agreement, Letter of Credit, and Cost Breakdown for Chamberlain Hill (Plan)
(deferred 2/25/03)
NEW BUSINESS - Discussion update and possible action may be taken on any or all of the following:
1. Amend Charge Back Fees Ordinance Policy as referred to in Ch. 3.085 of the Municipal Code (C-T)
2. *Commitment of funds for legal fees regarding establishment of Insurance Trust (Mayor/Finance)
