NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that the Finance committee of the City of Muskego will convene upon passage of the proper motion,
into closed session pursuant to: §19.85(1) (c), Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance
evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility;
more specifically, the three grievances filed by the Police Association; Grievance 02-149 (Off-duty Employment),
Grievance 01-332 (out-of-class compensation); Grievance 01-215 (Part-time Work Restrictions).
The Finance Committee will then reconvene into Open Session for the continuation of business.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS - Discussion update and possible action may be taken on any or all of the following:
1. Establish increase for non-represented personnel for 2002 (deferred 1/16/02, 2/20/02, 3/06/02)
NEW BUSINESS - Discussion update and possible action may be taken on any or all of the following:
1. Review grievances submitted by the Muskego Police Association (Mayor)
2. Consider purchase of prairie seed (TZ)
3. Request for Funds for Accreditation Process (Chief)
4. Approve 2002 Contact Services Agreements (Parks & Recreation)
5. Approve Jensen Park Baseball Field Improvements (Parks & Recreation)
6. Consider 2001 Budget Amendment (Finance)
7. *Discuss Community Resource Officer position (Chief Johnson)
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS - Discussion update and possible action may be taken on any or all of the
following:
1. Copier (staff use machine), $32.00 per month, no increase from 2001 (Library)
Copiers (2 desk-top machines) $90.00 per year, not increase from 2001 (Library)
