Please take notice that the Finance committee of the City of Muskego will convene upon passage of the proper
motion, into closed session pursuant to: §19.85(1) (c), Considering employment, promotion, compensation or
performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or
exercises responsibility; more specifically, grievance filed by AFSCME City Hall Unit.
The Finance Committee will then reconvene into Open Session for the continuation of business.

1. Review grievance filed by AFSCME City Hall Unit
2. Establish increase for nonrepresented personnel for 2002

4. Review request of fee waiver for the High School construction project (Plan)
5. Review proposed changes to job descriptions - Public Works/Utility Secretary and Utility Locator
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS – Discussion update and possible action may be taken on any or all of
the following:
1. Library heating system $1,875.00, no change from 2001
2. Library smoke detector system $1,342.00, no change from 2001
