NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that following Unfinished Business, the Finance Committee of the City of Muskego will convene,
upon passage of the proper motion, into closed session pursuant to: §19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the
purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business,
whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session; more specifically negotiation of
renewal contract with Sprint Spectrum L.P. for water tower agreement.
Action may be taken in closed session. The Finance Committee will then reconvene into open session to
continue with agenda items.
