PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that following the License Approvals, the Finance Committee of
the City of Muskego will convene upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed
Session pursuant to:
1. §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or
performance evaluation data of any public employe over which the
governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically
interview and negotiate with consultants concerning potential employment as
consultants for preparation of Conservation Plan RFP; and
1. §19.85(1)(e) Deliberation or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the
investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business,
whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, more
specifically interview and negotiate with consultants concerning potential
employment as consultants for preparation of Conservation Plan RFP.
Action may be taken in closed session. The Finance Committee will then reconvene
into open session to continue with agenda items.
