To clarify the memo sent by Tina Ball on 12/3/99, the release of funds should be for the entire
$28,000. We will send an invoice to Ms. Zmudzinski for $2,387.08 for the engineering and
additional street light costs. If she doesn’t pay within sixty (60) days, we will forward the costs to
the collection service.
