Please take notice that following Unfinished Business, the Finance Committee of the City of
Muskego will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session, pursuant to:
State Statute 19.85(1)(c), Considering employment, promotion, compensation or
performance evaluation data of any public employe over which the governmental body
has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; more specifically the grievance submitted by
a Telecommunicator.Action may be taken in Closed Session. The Finance Committee
will then reconvene into Open Session for the purpose of continuation of agenda items.
