CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Chiaverotti called the meeting to order at 6:09 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Alderpersons Wolfe, Hammel, Borgman, Kapusta, Engelhardt, Kubacki, and
Madden. Also present: Public Works and Development Director Kroeger, Finance and
Administration Director Mueller and Account Clerk Pulles.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
Ms. Pulles stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting
law.
PUBLIC COMMENT - No one registered to speak.
CONSENT AGENDA
Alderperson Kubacki moved to approve all items. Alderperson Kapusta
seconded; motion carried. The following were approved:
An Operator License for Jacquelyn Corso, Stephanie Ermis, Nicholas Garmon,
Beth Heinrich, Kathleen Heinz, Cynthia Mattox, Conner Muir, Carrie Peterson,
Jacob Radakovich, Suzette Roushia, Deborah Steffan, Laura Uhan, Polly
Wiedoff and Kelly Withey.

Approval of Temporary License to Sell Fermented Malt Beverages and Wine for St.
Leonard Home and School Association – October 5, 2019. Alderperson Hammel moved

Approval of Temporary License to Sell Fermented Malt Beverages and Wine for
Commonground Ministry – Refashion for Life – August 21, 2019 to be held at Callen
Construction. Alderperson Kubacki moved to approve. Alderperson Hammel
seconded; motion carried.
Approval of Temporary License to Sell Fermented Malt Beverages for MC Improvements –
Wisconsin Softball Circuit Summer Classic – July 12, 13 and 14, 2019 to be held at Park
Arthur. Alderperson Borgman moved to approve. Alderperson Kapusta seconded;
motion carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
Utility Vouchers
Alderperson Kubacki made a motion to approve Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$71,311.96. Alderperson Kapusta seconded; motion carried.
General Fund Vouchers
Alderperson Kubacki made a motion to approve General Fund Vouchers in the
amount of $224,026.81. Alderperson Hammel seconded; motion carried.
Wire Transfers for Payroll/Invoice Transmittals
Alderperson Kubacki made a motion to approve Wire Transfers for Payroll/Invoice
Transmittals in the amount of $362,005.51. Alderperson Engelhardt seconded;
motion carried.
The Common Council did not have any other business to address.
ADJOURNMENT
Alderperson Engelhardt made a motion to adjourn at 6:15 p.m. Alderperson
Kapusta seconded; motion carried.
