CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Chiaverotti called the meeting to order at 7:57 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Aldermen Wolfe, Hammel, Borgman, Kapusta, Engelhardt and Madden. Also
present: City Attorney Warchol, Public Works and Development Director Kroeger, Lead
Planner Trzebiatowski, IT Director Loudon, Technician Kierzek and Deputy Clerk Blenski.
Absent: Alderman Kubacki.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
The Deputy Clerk stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting
law.
PUBLIC COMMENT - None
PUBLIC HEARING
Deputy Clerk Blenski read the public hearing notice to consider the petition of Jim Rozeski to
rezone property known as part of Tax Key Numbers 2270.999.002 and 2270.999.003 (Parker
Drive) from A-1 - Agricultural District to RC-1 - Country Residence District for the purpose of
allowing possible future land divisions.
Planner Trzebiatowski stated the property is located on Parker Drive. The request is to rezone
property from A-1 to RC-1. The area currently has a mix of A-1 and RC-1 zoning. The RC-1
zoning district allows for a slightly smaller lot size and width. The petitioner is requesting the
rezoning to divide the properties via two certified survey maps to create a total of six lots with
four of the lots being new. The Plan Commission recommended approval subject to input from
tonight’s public hearing. No one requested to be heard. The Mayor closed the public hearing.
CONSENT AGENDA
Alderman Madden made a motion to approve all the items. Alderman Borgman
seconded. Motion carried 6 in favor. The following were approved:

Alderman Madden made a motion to approve. Alderman Wolfe seconded. Motion
carried 6 in favor.
Approval of “Class A” Intoxicating Liquor/Fermented Malt Beverage License for Muskego Gas
& Liquor, Inc., S66 W14501 Janesville Road, Lakwinder Singh, Agent
Alderman Hammel made a motion to approve. Alderman Madden seconded. Motion
carried 6 in favor.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
Utility Vouchers
Alderman Wolfe made a motion to approve Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$66,621.02. Alderman Hammel seconded. Motion carried 6 in favor.
Tax Vouchers
Alderman Wolfe made a motion to approve Tax Vouchers in the amount of
$15,400.99. Alderman Kapusta seconded. Motion carried 6 in favor.
General Fund Vouchers
Alderman Wolfe made a motion to approve General Fund Vouchers in the amount of
$105,880.96. Alderman Madden seconded. Motion carried 6 in favor.

Wire Transfers for Payroll/Invoice Transmittals
Alderman Wolfe made a motion to approve Wire Transfers for Payroll/Invoice
Transmittals in the amount of $692,927.19. Alderman Engelhardt seconded. Motion
carried 6 in favor.
CLOSED SESSION
Alderman Borgman made a motion to convene into Closed Session pursuant to:
Following conclusion of consideration of the above portion of its regularly scheduled agenda,
the Common Council will meet to vote on a motion to convene in Closed Session for
discussion/action relative to:
--Current Litigation - Christoforo and Anna La Marca vs. the City of Muskego
--Notice of Claim of Christoforo and Anna La Marca
and to take such further action as may be necessary and appropriate with respect to such
matters.
A Closed Session for the above purpose is authorized pursuant to the provisions of 19.85(1)(g)
Wis. Stats., Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or
written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it
is or is likely to become involved.
Upon conclusion of the Closed Session, the Common Council will convene in Open Session to
consider its public agenda, including motions to recommend approval or rejection of the above-
listed deliberations or any of the public agenda items that have not been acted upon.
Alderman Madden seconded. Motion carried 6 in favor.
OPEN SESSION
Alderman Hammel made a motion to reconvene into Open Session. Alderman Madden
seconded; motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
Discussion and possible action regarding matters discussed in Closed Session, including
resolution as to:
--Current Litigation - Christoforo and Anna La Marca vs. the City of Muskego
--Notice of Claim of Christoforo and Anna La Marca
Alderman Borgman made a motion to direct the City Attorney to proceed to settle the La
Marca matter as discussed in Closed Session. Alderman Wolfe seconded. Motion
carried 5 in favor and Alderman Engelhardt abstaining.
ADJOURNMENT
Alderman Borgman made a motion to adjourn at 8:12 p.m. Alderman Hammel
seconded; motion carried.
