CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Chiaverotti called the meeting to order at 7:07 p.m.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL
Present: Aldermen Wolfe, Borgman, Kapusta, Engelhardt, Kubacki and Madden as well as
City Attorney Warchol, and Deputy Clerk Blenski. Absent: Alderman Hammel.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
The Deputy Clerk stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law.

CONSENT AGENDA
The Operator Licenses were removed from the Consent Agenda. Alderman Borgman made a
motion to approve the remaining items. Alderman Wolfe seconded. Motion passed 6 in
favor. The following were approved:

Approval of Operator Licenses
Alderman Borgman made a motion to approve the following Operator Licenses: Nicole
Baraniak, Sharon Bott, Kayla Braunschweig, Carrie Callies, Cynthia Chelminiak, Katy
Cimbalnik, Suzanne Diab, Jeffrey Dlouhy, Carolann Hanrahan, Scott Hepfner, Hugo

Hernandez, Sally Mane, Clare McMullen, Rhoda Mead, Donna Mae Morris, Heidi Reise, Kelly
Robertson, Victor Rozanski, Alison Rueter, Angela Schiraj, Carol Switalski, Stacy Tolentino,
Laura Uhan and a 90 day license for Amanda Holterman. Alderman Wolfe seconded.
Motion passed 6 in favor.

VOUCHER APPROVAL
Utility Vouchers
Alderman Wolfe moved to approve Utility Vouchers in the amount of $43,792.07.
Alderman Madden seconded; motion passed 6 in favor.
General Fund Vouchers
Alderman Wolfe moved to approve General Fund Vouchers in the amount of $216,781.33.
Alderman Kubacki seconded; motion passed 6 in favor.
Wire Transfers for Payroll/Invoice Transmittals
Alderman Wolfe moved to approve Wire Transfers for Payroll/Invoice Transmittals in the
amount of $331,894.05. Alderman Kapusta seconded; motion passed 6 in favor.
ADJOURNMENT
Alderman Wolfe moved to adjourn at 7:14 p.m. Alderman Madden seconded; motion
passed 6 in favor.
