CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Chiaverotti called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Aldermen Wolfe, Hammel, Borgman, Kapusta, Engelhardt, Kubacki and Madden.
Also present: City Attorney Warchol and Deputy Clerk Blenski.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
The Deputy Clerk stated the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR'S OFFICE
The Mayor read the Fair Housing Proclamation.
CONSENT AGENDA
Alderman Hammel requested removal of Resolutions #018 and #019 from Consent.
Alderman Kubacki made a motion to approve the remaining items. Alderman Madden
seconded; motion carried. The following were approved:

Alderman Hammel made a motion to approve the resolution. Alderman Engelhardt
seconded; motion carried.
Resolution #019-2016 - Appointment to Board of Review (Mara Spring)
Alderman Madden made a motion to approve the resolution. Alderman Engelhardt
seconded; motion carried.

Alderman Kubacki made a motion to approve Ord. #1404-2016. Alderman Madden

Alderman Engelhardt made a motion to approve Ord. #1405-2016. Alderman Kubacki

Alderman Borgman made a motion to approve. Alderman Madden seconded; motion
carried.
Recommend Approval of Outside Music - Marx Pioneer Inn
Alderman Hammel made a motion to recommend approval of the following:
Saturday, June 18 - 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Saturday, July 16 - 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Sunday, July 24 - 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Music will be acoustic. No PA system.
Sunday, August 14 - 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.. Music will be acoustic. No PA system.
Saturday, August 27 - 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Alderman Borgman made a motion to approve Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$317,885.79. Alderman Kubacki seconded; motion carried.

Alderman Borgman made a motion to approve General Fund Vouchers in the amount

Wire Transfers for Payroll/Invoice Transmittals
Alderman Borgman made a motion to approve Wire Transfers for Payroll/Invoice
Transmittals in the amount of $641,185.99. Alderman Hammel seconded; motion
carried.

Alderman Kubacki made a motion to adjourn at 7:15 p.m. Alderman Madden
seconded; motion carried.
