CALL TO ORDER
Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:45 pm.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
ROLL CALL
Present were Aldermen Madden, Kubacki, Soltysiak, Borgman, Hammel and Wolfe, and
Finance and Administration Director Mueller.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
Ms. Mueller stated that the meeting was properly noticed.

Alderman Soltysiak made a motion to approve. Alderman Borgman seconded.
Motion Passed 6 in favor.

ELECTION OF COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE TO LITTLE MUSKEGO LAKE PROTECTION
AND REHABILITATION DISTRICT
On the nominating ballot, the following nomination was made:
Alderman Borgman
Mayor stated that the voting ballots needed to be initialed.
On the first election ballot, the following votes were cast:
Alderman Borgman 6
Alderman Borgman was elected to serve as Council representative to the Little Muskego Lake
Protection and Rehabilitation District.
PUBLIC COMMENT
No one registered to speak.
CONSENT AGENDA
Alderman Soltysiak requested Reso. #017-2014 be removed from the Consent
Agenda. Alderman Soltysiak made a motion to approve the remaining Consent
Agenda items. Alderman Madden seconded.
Motion Passed 6 in favor.
Approval of Operators' Licenses for Mostafa (Moe) Frioui, Monica Spalding and Coyzette
Wargin.

Alderman Soltysiak made a motion to defer per the action of the Finance Committee.

Alderman Soltysiak made a motion to approve Tax Vouchers in the amount of
$10,167.73. Alderman Madden seconded.
Motion Passed 6 in favor.
General Fund Vouchers
Alderman Soltysiak made a motion to approve General Fund Vouchers in the amount
of $709,548.72. Alderman Wolfe seconded.
Motion Passed 6 in favor.
Wire Transfers for Debt Service
Alderman Soltysiak made a motion to approve Wire Transfers for Debt Service in the
amount of $114,060.24. Alderman Borgman seconded.
Motion Passed 6 in favor.
Wire Transfers for Payroll Transmittals
Alderman Soltysiak made a motion to approve Wire Transfers for Payroll Transmittals
in the amount of $411,865.40. Alderman Kubacki seconded.
