CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Chiaverotti called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
ROLL CALL
Present were Aldermen Madden, Kubacki, Soltysiak, Borgman, Hammel, and Assistant Deputy
Clerk Chavie. Aldermen Wolfe and Di Pronio were absent.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
Ms. Chavie stated that the meeting was properly noticed.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR'S OFFICE
Mayor read the following Proclamations:

Alderman Borgman made a motion to approve. Alderman Madden seconded.
Motion Passed 5 in favor.
Alderman Soltysiak spoke briefly.

$98,219.09. Alderman Kubacki seconded.
Motion Passed 5 in favor.
Tax Vouchers
Alderman Soltysiak made a motion to approve Tax Vouchers in the amount of
$152.65. Alderman Madden seconded.
Motion Passed 5 in favor.
General Fund Vouchers
Alderman Soltysiak made a motion to approve General Fund Vouchers in the amount
of $232,262.54. Alderman Hammel seconded.
Motion Passed 5 in favor.
Wire Transfers for Payroll Transmittals
Alderman Soltysiak made a motion to approve Wire Transfers for Payroll Transmittals
in the amount of $320,812.17. Alderman Madden seconded.
Motion Passed 5 in favor.
