COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO Approved: 03/22/2011
MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD MARCH 10, 2011
Mayor Johnson called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Present were Ald. Fiedler,
Schaumberg, Soltysiak, Werner, Borgman, Snead, and Deputy Clerk Blenski. Ald.
Harenda was absent. The deputy clerk stated that the meeting was noticed in
accordance with the open meeting law.
NEW BUSINESS
Approval of Operator’s Licenses
Ald. Fiedler moved to approve the following Operator Licenses: Victoria Hench,
Diane Hernitz, Mike Kramer, Kaylin Pichler, Cheryl Scherer, Amanda Schmidt and
Sara Stella. Ald. Werner seconded; motion carried.
Approval of Common Council Minutes
Ald. Snead moved to approve the February 22, 2011 minutes. Ald. Schaumberg
seconded; motion carried.
Reso. #024-2011 - Resolution in Support of State Legislation Amending
Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 111, Modifying Certain Provisions of the State and
Local Collective Bargaining Law.
Mayor Johnson removed this item from the agenda.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
Ald. Snead moved for approval of payment of Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$63,977.98. Ald. Fiedler seconded. Motion carried 6 in favor.
Ald. Snead moved for approval of payment of Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$217,835.32. Ald. Fiedler seconded. Motion carried 6 in favor.
Ald. Snead moved for approval of payment of Tax Checks in the amount of
$5,892.95. Ald. Fiedler seconded. Motion carried 6 in favor.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR’S OFFICE
Mayor Johnson stated that mediation with the Police Association is scheduled for
April 19, 2011.

Ald. Snead moved to adjourn at 5:35 p.m. Ald. Fiedler seconded; motion carried.
