MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 9, 2010
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Mayor Johnson. Present were Ald.
Schaumberg, Schneider, Werner, Borgman, Harenda, Snead, and Clerk-Treasurer
Moyer. Ald. Fiedler was absent. Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance. The
Clerk stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law on
March 5, 2010, and as amended on March 8, 2010.
There were no communications from the Mayor.
CONSENT AGENDA
Ald. Borgman moved to approve the items under the Consent Agenda. Ald.
Schneider seconded. Motion carried 6 in favor.
The following items were approved:
Operators’ Licenses for Douglas Anderson, Megan Burgard, Alexis Hayes, Jennifer
Hulman, Adam Jankowski, Dustine Kurth and Jeffrey Rockteacher

Borgman moved for adoption. Ald. Werner seconded. Motion carried 6 in favor.

Association Local #360 Regarding Hours and Workweek. Ald. Harenda moved to
deny the grievance. Ald. Schneider seconded. Motion carried 6 in favor.

Association Local #360 Regarding Health Insurance and Premium Co-Payments. Ald.
Borgman moved to deny the grievance. Ald. Schaumberg seconded. Motion

Telecommunicator Unit Local #443 Regarding Health Insurance and Premium Co-
Payments. Ald. Borgman moved to deny the grievance. Ald. Schneider seconded.

Reso. #025-2010 - Consideration of Grievance No. 2414-2010-001 Filed by Muskego
Area Public Employees Local #2414 (City Hall/Library Unit) Regarding Health Insurance
and Premium Co-Payments. Ald. Borgman moved to deny the grievance. Ald.
Schneider seconded. Motion carried 6 in favor.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
Ald. Snead moved for approval of payment of General Vouchers in the amount of
$207,871.93. Ald. Harenda seconded. Motion carried 6 in favor.
Ald. Snead moved for approval of payment of Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$68,728.86. Ald. Werner seconded. Motion carried 6 in favor.
Ald. Snead moved for approval of payment of Wire Transfer for Debt Service in
the amount of $643,535. Ald. Harenda seconded. Motion carried 6 in favor.
ADJOURNMENT
Ald. Snead moved to adjourn at 7:37 p.m. Ald. Schneider seconded; motion
carried.
