MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 11, 2008
The meeting was held at Tudor Oaks, S77 W12929 McShane Drive, in the Oak Ridge
Dining Room. Mayor Johnson called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. Present were
Ald. Fiedler, Schaefer, Schneider, Werner, Borgman, Pavelko, Snead, Finance Dept.
Supervisor Mueller and Deputy Clerk Blenski. IS Director Sommers, Computer
Specialist Quijano, Assessor Mecha, and several Tudor Oaks residents were also
present. Mayor Johnson reflected on the events that took place on 9/11 seven years
ago. Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance. The Deputy Clerk stated that the
meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law on 9/9/2008.
LICENSES
Fiedler moved for approval of an Operator’s License for David Grippe and
Deborah Tobin. Snead seconded; motion carried.
Donna Robinson was present on behalf of the Muskego Players. The organization is
having a show from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on September 12, 2008 and has applied for
a Temporary Class “B” Retailers’ License for the Sale of Fermented Malt Beverages.
The event will be held at S83 W18430 Saturn Drive. Snead moved to approve the
license as requested. Fiedler seconded; motion carried.
Lloyd McIndoe was present as the agent for Alpine Lanes, S80 W18700 Apollo Drive.
He has requested a temporary amendment to include his parking lots as part of the
licensed premise for September 21, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Schaefer
moved to approve. Schneider seconded; motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Snead moved to adjourn at 6:40 p.m. Fiedler seconded; motion carried.
