CCM20041103sp COMMON COUNCIL – CITY OF MUSKEGO Approved MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD November 3, 2004 The meeting was called to order at 6:48 PM by Mayor Slocomb. Also present were Ald. Salentine, Ald. Patterson, Ald. Buckmaster, Ald. Borgman, Ald. Melcher, Ald. Schroeder, and Ald. Madden, Finance Director Dawn Gunderson, Police Chief John Johnson, and those per attached sheet. Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance. Mayor Slocomb stated the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law on October 29, 2004. UNFINISHED BUSINESS Reso. #177-2004 – Approval of Final Plat, Subdivider’s Agreement and Letter of Credit for Fireside Orchard. On the floor, deferred 10/26/2004. Ald. Salentine moved to amend BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED That the amended Subivider’s Agreement and Letter of Credit amount for the Fireside Orchard Subdivision, as attached, are hereby approved subject to approval of the City Attorney and City Engineer and subject to the Letter of Credit being in the approved City form, all of said approvals to be obtained within thirty (30) days of the date of approval of this Resolution or the same will be null and void. Seconded by Ald. Madden. Upon a voice vote motion carried 7 – 0. Upon a roll call vote Resolution #177-2004 as amended was adopted 7 – 0. CONNUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW Mayor Slocomb mentioned the 96% voter turnout for the November 2, 2004 election with District 2, Ald Buckmaster, having 101% and District 7, Ald. Madden, having 100%. The election results are posted on the City’s Web Site under Election Information. Ald. Salentine moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:53 PM. Ald.
