COMMON COUNCIL – CITY OF MUSKEGO Approved
MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 30, 2003
The meeting was called to order at 6:53 PM by Mayor Slocomb. Also present were
Aldermen Petfalski, Buckmaster, Damaske, Madden, Patterson, Salentine, Schroeder,
Parks Supervisor Theis, Plan Director Turk, and Deputy Clerk Blenski.
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance. The Mayor stated the meeting was
noticed in accordance with the open meeting law.
NEW BUSINESS
Reso. #213-2003 - Recognition of 25 Years of Service - Pete Theis - Parks and
Recreation Department. Salentine moved for adoption. Buckmaster seconded; motion
carried. Mayor Slocomb presented the resolution to Pete recognizing his dedicated
years of service. Mr. Theis thanked everyone present including his mother, Mary Theis.
Reso. #214-2003 - Resolution Authorizing Execution of Agreement with SBC for
Janesville Road Project. Petfalski moved for adoption. Patterson seconded. The
Mayor stated the agreement was for the relocation of telephone lines along Janesville
Road. Motion carried.
Patterson moved to adjourn at 7:00 PM. Buckmaster seconded; motion carried.
