COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO (Approved)
MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD JUNE 1, 2000
The meeting was called to order at 6:55 PM by Mayor De Angelis. Also present were
Ald. Slocomb, Chiaverotti, Le Doux, Patterson, Salentine (arrv.6:58) and Wichgers,
Planning Director Turk, Engineering/Building Inspection Director McMullen and Clerk-
Treasurer Marenda. Sanders was absent. The Clerk-Treasurer stated the meeting
was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law on 5/31/2000.
NEW BUSINESS
Reso. #124-2000 - Approval of Agreement Between Steven and Catherine Zmudzinski
and the City of Muskego. Slocomb moved for adoption. Chiaverotti seconded. The
Mayor reviewed the Agreement and Exhibits 1-5, noting Exhibit “4” shows payment of
the special assessment in 10 annual installments. Le Doux moved to amend Exhibit “4”
to allow 15, or less if agreed to by the property owner, annual installments in
accordance with discussion by the Finance Committee. Salentine seconded; motion
carried. Reso. #124-2000 as amended was adopted 6-0.
Slocomb moved to adjourn at 7:01 p.m. Salentine seconded; motion carried.
