COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO Approved 3/14/00
MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD MARCH 2, 2000
The meeting was called to order at 6:59 p.m. by Mayor De Angelis. Also present were
Ald. Slocomb, Chiaverotti, Le Doux, Patterson, and Pionek, and Clerk-Treasurer
Marenda. Ald. Salentine and Sanders were not present.
The Clerk-Treasurer stated the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open
meeting law on 2/29/00.
OLD BUSINESS
Slocomb moved to suspend the rules to allow the second reading of Ordinance #1018
and Ordinance #1019. Patterson seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
Ord. #1018 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 12 of the Municipal Code to Repeal
Section 12.01(8)(f) Dealing with Nude Dancing in Licensed Establishments Prohibited
and to Repeal and Recreate Section 12.20 Dealing with Adult-Oriented Establishment
License and Regulations. Second Reading. Patterson moved for adoption. Slocomb
seconded. Motion to adopt carried 5-0.
Ord. #1019 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 17 (Zoning Ordinance) of the Municipal
Code of the City of Muskego to Repeal Section 2.02(.5) and Section 6.03(1) D. and
Create Section 6.14 of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego (Adult-Oriented
Establishments). Second Reading. Chiaverotti moved for adoption. Le Doux
seconded. Motion to adopt carried 5-0.
Slocomb moved to adjourn at 7:03 p.m. Chiaverotti seconded. Motion carried.
