COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO Approved 1/25/00
MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD JANUARY 20, 2000
The meeting was called to order at 6:34 p.m. by Mayor De Angelis. Also present
were Ald. Slocomb, Chiaverotti, Le Doux, Patterson, Pionek, Sanders and
Salentine (arrv.6:37 p.m.), and Clerk-Treasurer Marenda.
The Clerk-Treasurer stated the meeting was noticed in accordance with the
open meeting law on 01/19/00.
NEW BUSINESS
Reso. #20-2000 - Resolution Authorizing Filing, Serving and Taking All
Necessary Actions to File a Notice of Circumstances of Claims and Notice of
Claims by the City of Muskego Against Sanitary District No. 1 of the Town of
Norway. Sanders moved for adoption. Le Doux seconded. The special meeting
was called as the District is scheduled to close on a financial assistance
th
agreement on January 26. The Mayor advised this action would protect the
City’s rights relating to the financial assistance agreement. The Mayor explained
the details of the Notice of Circumstances of Claims and Notice of Claims as
distributed.
Slocomb moved to adjourn at 6:43 p.m. Chiaverotti seconded. Motion carried.
