COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO (Approved - 7/27/99)
MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD JULY 19, 1999
The meeting was called to order at 6:52 p.m. by Mayor De Angelis. Also present were
Aldermen Slocomb, Chiaverotti, Le Doux, Patterson and Salentine. Alderman Pionek
and Sanders were absent.
Mayor De Angelis stated the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting
law on 7/16/99.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR’S OFFICE - None
NEW BUSINESS
Reso. #125-99 - Disallowance of Claim - Arthur D. Dyer and Parkland Ventures, LLC.
Ald. Slocomb moved for adoption. Seconded by Ald. Salentine. Ald. Salentine
questioned addition of the last paragraph and Mayor De Angelis stated that the item
was added per City Attorney as statement of statutory authority. Ald. Slocomb asked if
it will be added to future resolutions dealing with Disallowance of Claim. Mayor De
Angelis stated “yes”. Motion carried 5-0.
CITY OFFICIALS’ REPORT
COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHOIRZED BY LAW
Mayor De Angelis noted that no quorum will be available for the Finance Committee
meeting of July 21, 1999, so the meeting will be canceled.
ADJOURNMENT
Chiaverotti moved to adjourn at 6:58 p.m. Salentine seconded; motion carried.
