MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 30, 1996

The meeting was called to order at 6:OO P.M. by Mayor De Angelis.
Also present were Aldermen D'Acquisto, Patterson, Pionek, Rasmussen,
Salentine, Sanders, Suhr, and Clerk-Treasurer Marenda.
The Clerk-Treasurer reported that the meeting was noticed in
accordance with the Open Meeting Law on 12/23/96.
D'Acquisto moved to convene into Closed Session pursuant to
519.85(l)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or
performance evaluation data of any public employe over which the
governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more
Finance Director and §19.85(l)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the
specifically discussion, interview and possible confirmation of
purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or
conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or
bargaining reasons require a closed session, more specifically
acquisition of Parkland Mall. Salentine seconded. Carried 7-0.
The Council reconvened into Open Session.
NEW BUSINESS
Reso. #297-96 - Resolution Confirming the Selection of Finance
Director for the City of Muskego (Dawn R. Gunderson Kelly).
D'Acquisto moved for adoption. Suhr seconded. Carried 7-0.
Reso. #298-96 - Resolution Authorizing Contract with National Employee
Assistance Services, Inc. for Employee Assistance Program. Suhr moved
for adoption. Rasmussen seconded. D'Acquisto moved to amend to add
that funds will be transferred from Contingency for payment of program
at a cost of approximately $2,70O/year. Salentine seconded, carried.
Reso. #298-96, as amended, adopted 7-0.
Suhr moved to adjourn at 7:08 P.M. Sanders seconded, carried.
