The meeting was called to order by Mayor De Angelis at 9:02
P.M.. Also present were Ald. Patterson, Pionek, Rasmussen,
Salentine, Sanders and Suhr and Clerk-Treasurer Marenda.
D'Acquisto was absent.
The Clerk-Treas. reported the meeting was noticed in accordance
with the Open Meeting law on 7/5/96 and amended on 7/9/96.
NEW BUSINESS
Ord. #E97 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Muskego (Loomis Road, Loomis Drive, North Cape Road and Hwy.
45). First Reading. Consideration to be given to amending the
comprehensive plan to include B-4 zoning where the proposal
indicates rezoning to B-4 in the triangular area between new
Hy. 36 and old Hy. 36, but not actually rezoning at this time;
and to consider RS-3 instead of RS-1 in the northeast area of
North Cape. Engineers to be requested to prepare sewer
assessment roll in accordance with Plan Commission's
recommended zoning; taking out the proposed B-4; and, RS-3
instead of RS-1 in the northeast area of North Cape. Will also
explore qrandfatherinq property as requested at the public
Reso. #159-96 - Establishing Traffic Regulations. Removed from
agenda.
Salentine moved to adjourn at 9:25 P.M. Pionek seconded,
carried.
