MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD JANUARY 25, 1996
The meeting was called to order by Mayor De Angelis at 6:38
P.M. Also present were Ald. D'Acquisto, Misko, Patterson,
Salentine, Sanders and Suhr and City Clerk Marenda. Ald.
Rasmussen was absent.
The Clerk reported the meeting was noticed in accordance with
the Open Meeting Law on 1/24/96.
Reso.#36-96 - Support of and Authorization to Apply for
Wisconsin Land Information Board Grant. Suhr moved for
adoption. Salentine seconded, carried 6-0.
Ord.#885 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 9, Section 9.05(3) of
the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego. Salentine moved to
suspend the rules to allow first reading of ordinance without
having been presented with a copy at least 3 days prior to
presentation. D'Acquisto seconded, carried 6-0. First
Reading. Salentine moved to suspend the rules to allow second
reading. Patterson seconded, carried 6-0. Second Reading.
Salentine moved for adoption. Suhr seconded. D'Acquisto moved
to amend to add: If the waiver or modification is granted by
the Mayor, the Common Council may modify or overrule the same
by a 2/3 vote of all the members of the Common Council. Misko
seconded. Motion to amend carried 6-0. Ord. #885 As Amended
was adopted 6-0.
Discussion and possible action as to waivinq requirements of
Section 9.05(3) for Kinqston Bay Dredqing Project. Salentine
reworted on wroaress at disposal site and that the Lake
District has hired a firm to prepare a site plan. Mayor
explained DNR's concerns as to erosion control. Much
discussion ensued on the Kingston Bay Dredging Project and

contractor to work until midnight if started during the day.
