MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 12, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 8:lO P.M. by Mayor De
Angelis. Also present were Aldermen D'Acquisto, Misko,
Patterson, Rasmussen, Salentine, Suhr, City Clerk Marenda, City
Attorney Molter, and Deputy Clerk Blenski. Alderman Sanders was
not present.

The Clerk reported that the meeting was noticed in accordance

seconded, carried.
Suhr presented minutes of the 11/30/95' Public Works Committee
Meeting and moved for acceptance. D'Acquisto seconded, carried.
Minutes of the 12/5/95 Plan Commission Meeting were received and
placed on file.

Ord. #882 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Muskego (Hiview, Acker & Holz). First Reading. It was noted
that the ordinance would have to be amended to reflect that
it would not be in force until sewers were available in the
area.
LICENSE APPROVAL
D'AcquiSto moved to approve Operators' Licenses for Pamela
Baumgartner, Tiffany Bernhardt, Katherine Lesak, Candice
Panka, JoLynn Schilling, Laura Neitzel, Carla Davis, Susan
Altenburg, and Dawn Drake. Suhr seconded, carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
D'Acauisto moved for approval of General Vouchers in the amount
of $467,995.65. Misko-seconded. Carried 6-0.
D'Acquisto moved for approval of Utility Vouchers in the amount
of $1,034,763.98. Rasmussen seconded. Carried 6-0.
D'Acquisto moved for approval of Tax Checks in the amount of
$2,181.23. Salentine seconded. Carried 6-0.
The Clerk stated Public Hearings would be held on January 9 at
7:25 P.M. to consider petition of Candlewood Creek, LLC to amend
the official floodplain zoning map and on January 23 at 7:20

P.M. to consider petition to amend Chapter 17 regarding
accessory structures.

performance evaluation data of any public employe over which the §19.85(l)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or
governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility,
more specifically 1996 labor negotiation strategies, and
$19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of
public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting
other specified public business, whenever competitive or
bargaining reasons require a closed session, more specifically
acquisition of Industrial Park Property. Salentine seconded.
Carried 6-0.
The City Attorney, Clerk and Deputy Clerk were dismissed at 9:50
P.M. and not present for Closed Session.
