MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD JUNE 7, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 7:OO P.M. by Mayor De
Angelis. Also present were Aldermen Patterson, Rasmussen,
Salentine, Sanders and Suhr, and City Clerk Marenda. Aldermen
D'Acquisto and Misko were absent.
The Clerk reported the meeting was noticed in accordance with
the Open Meeting Law.
Reso. #110-95 - Amended Relocation Order of the City of Muskego
(Boxhorn, Ryan, Groveway Sewer Project). Patterson moved for
adoption. Suhr seconded, carried 5-0.
Reso. #111-95 - Amended Preliminary Resolution Declaring Intent
to Exercise Special Assessment Police Powers Under S/S 66.60 WI
Statutes as to Sanitary Sewer Assessment Area for
Boxhorn/Groveway/Ryan Sewer Project (MSS 1-93). Rasmussen
moved for adoption. Salentine seconded, carried 5-0.
Suhr moved to adjourn at 7:05 P.M. Sanders seconded, carried.
