The meeting was called to order at 7:42 P.M. by Mayor De
Angelis. Also present were Aldermen D'Acquisto, Misko,
Patterson, Rasmussen, Salentine, Sanders, and Suhr, City Clerk @ Marenda, City Attorney Trindl, and Deputy Clerk Blenski.
Clerk reported that the meeting was noticed in accordance with
the Open Meeting Law.
D'Acquisto moved for approval of minutes of the 4/11/95 and
4/18/95 Common Council meetings. Suhr seconded, carried.

Mayor read the Proclamation promotinq May as "Green-Up Muskego"
month. Mayor announced the Committee Appointments.
Reso. #76-95 - Honoring City of Muskego Eagle Scout - Mark
Krueger. Patterson moved for adoption. Sanders seconded.

with the bid being awarded for $264,196. D'Acquisto seconded,

Reso. #79-95 - Award of Bid - Loomis Road Lift Station.
to amend to award the bid contingent upon DNR, MMSD approval and
