The meeting was called to order at 7:50 P.M. by Mayor De
Angelis. Also present were Aldermen Patterson, D'Acquisto,
Dumke, Misko, Sanders, Taube, City Clerk Marenda, City Attorney
Molter, and Deputy Clerk Blenski. Alderman Woodard was absent.
Clerk reported that the meeting was noticed in accordance with
the Open Meeting Law on Monday 4/10.
Patterson moved for approval of minutes of the 3/28/95 Common
Council meeting. Dumke seconded, carried.

Committee Meetings and moved for acceptance. Patterson
seconded, carried.
D'Acquisto presented minutes of the 4/6/95 Public Welfare
Committee Meeting and moved for acceptance. Dumke stated
concerns about the Glockner site regarding the Salvage and
Recycling Permit. Patterson seconded, carried.
Minutes of the 4/4/95 Plan Commission Meeting were received and
placed on file.

Part-time/Seasonal Recreation Employees Compensation (Possible
Reso. 57-95 - Approval of Muskego Parks h Recreation Department
seconded. Carried 6-0. Patterson moved to amend the
Pay Scale with the PC-6 salary levels to be $5.75, $6.00, $6.25
and $6.50. Misko seconded. Carried 6-0. Reso. #57-95, as
amended, carried 6-0.
Ord. #E66 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Muskego from EA to A (DeBack). Second Reading. Taube moved for
adoption. Sanders seconded. Carried 6-0.
Reso.#45-95 -Offer to Purchase (Forcemain/Krause) (Possible
Reconsideration). Sanders moved to reconsider. D'Acquisto
FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego
seconded. Carried 6-0. Misko moved to amend to add: BE IT
does hereby extend the acceptance and closing dates of the Offer
to Purchase agreeable to the Mayor and change the form of the
easement to the form attached hereto or a similar form agreeable
to the Mayor. D'Acquisto seconded. Carried 6-0. Reso. #45-95,
as amended, carried 6-0.
Reso.#58-95 - Award of Bid - Southeast Area Sewer Forcemain
(Possible Reconsideration). Sanders moved to reconsider.
D'Acquisto seconded. Carried 6-0. Sanders moved to amend to
add to the NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, "or if DNR and MMSD
approval are obtained but the necessary easements for the @ project have not yet been procured, the low bid is hereby
accepted and said contractor will execute a change order
simultaneously with the signing of the contract documents
agreeing that the contractor will proceed to do that portion of

Patterson stated that there is a joint meeting scheduled for
4/24 at 7:OO PM between the Council and Library Board to discuss
the proposed building project.
Misko stated he enjoyed working with Dumke and that he will be
missed.
