MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 28, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 1:38 P.M. by Mayor De
Angelis. Also present were Aldermen D'Acquisto, Dumke, Misko,
Clerk Blenski. Alderman Patterson was absent.
Sanders, Taube, and Woodard, City Attorney Molter and Deputy
with the Open Meeting Law on Friday, 2/24.
Deputy Clerk reported that the meeting was noticed in accordance

COMMITTEE REPORTS
Due to the length of the 1/31/95 Finance Committee minutes,
Mayor recommended they not be read. There were no objections.
Sanders presented minutes of the 2/22/95 and 2/28/95 Finance
Committee Meetings. Sanders moved for acceptance of the
1/31/95, 2/22/95 and 2/28/95 Finance Committee minutes. Dumke
seconded, carried.
D'Acquisto presented minutes of the 2/16/95 Public Utilities
Committee Meeting and moved for acceptance. Sanders seconded,
carried.
D'Acquisto presented minutes of the 2/23/95 Public Works
Committee Meeting and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded,
carried.
Minutes of 2/7 Library Board Meeting, 2/13 Parks .s Recreation
Board Meeting and 2/21 Plan Commission Meeting were received and
placed on file.
OLD BUSINESS
Ord. 8860 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 17, Section 3.03 of
the City of Muskeso Zonins Ordinance (OccuDancv and Zoninq Use - Permitsj . Second-Reading. Misko moved fo; adoption. Woodard
seconded. Misko moved to amend to add "(See Table - Chapter
Woodard seconded, carried. D'Acquisto moved to amend to replace

performance evaluation data of any public employee over which
§19.85(l)(c), Considering employment, promotion, compensation or
the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises
responsibility; more specifically concerning the grievance
submitted by the Recreation Secretary. Misko seconded, carried.
Following a brief recess, the Council returned to Open Session.

Bid awarded to Advance Tank and Construction Co. for $338,965.

Reso. #42-95 - Authorize Expenditure of Park Dedication Funds
(Extension of Muskego Recreation Trail). Woodard moved for
adoption. Sanders seconded. Carried 6-0.
Reso. #43-95 - Resolution to Establish Fees (To Amend Table
#1-Chapter 30). D'Acquisto moved for adoption. Dumke seconded.
Carried 6-0.
Ord. #E61 - An Ordinance to Amend Section 28.04(17), Section
Municipal Code of the City of Muskego (Water Utility Ordinance).
28.05(4)(a) and Section 28.05(4)(f), Chapter 28, of the
First Reading.
Ord. #E62 - An Ordinance to Amend Section 12.01, Chapter 12, of
Ordinance). First Reading. A copy of the Ordinance will be
the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego Code (Liquor
forwarded to license holders prior to second reading.
Sanders moved for approval of Operators' Licenses for Cheryl
Cichanowicz, Dave Hanrahan, Steve Lilley, Susan Redmond,
Penelope Vietzke, and Ankica Zaja. Woodard seconded, carried.
Sanders moved for approval of Refuse Permit for E. W. Jones
Truck Co., Inc. Dumke seconded, carried.
Sanders moved for approval of "Class B" Liquor and Beer License
Carried 6-0.
