ccm19950214COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO MImES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 14, 1995 The meeting was called to order at 8:Ol P.M. by Mayor De Angelis. Also present were Aldermen Patterson, D'Acquisto, Misko, Sanders, Taube, and Woodard, City Clerk Marenda, City absent. Clerk reported that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the Open Meeting Law on Friday, 2/10. Council meeting, Sanders seconded, carried. Patterson moved for approval of minutes of the 1/24/95 Common Borrow the Sum of $1,765,000 by Issuing General Obligation Reso. #20-95 - A Resolution Authorizing the City of Muskego to Statutes and Authorizing the Sale of the Notes. Sanders moved Promissory Notes Pursuant to Section 67.12(12) of the Wisconsin for adoption. D'Acquisto seconded. Carried 6-0. Reso. #26-95 - Approval of Preliminary Plat for Deer Creek Subdivision. Taube moved for adoption. Woodard seconded. The question was raised as to how long the monies would be escrowed for. Mayor responded five years. Carried 6-0. COMMITTEE REPORTS Sanders presented minutes of the Finance Committee Meetings held 2/8/95 and 2/14/95 and moved for acceptance. Patterson seconded, carried. Attorney Molter and Deputy Clerk Blenski. Alderman Dumke was D'Acquisto presented minutes of the Public Works Committee Meeting held 1/26/95 and moved for acceptance. Misko seconded, carried. D'Acquisto presented minutes of the Public Welfare Committee Meeting held 2/2/95 and moved for acceptance. Patterson seconded, carried. Woodard presented minutes of the Public Safety Committee Meeting held 2/9/95 and moved for acceptance. Misko seconded, carried. Woodard presented minutes of the Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee Meeting held 2/9/95 and moved for acceptance. Misko seconded, carried. Minutes of the 2/7/95 Plan Commission Meeting were received and placed on file. Reso. #21-95 - Consideration of an Initial Resolution Regarding Industrial Development Revenue Bond Financing for Stephen J. and Patricia A. Ziegler. (Information with respect to the job impact of the project will be available at the time of consideration of the Initial Resolution.) Taube moved for adoption. Sanders seconded. Patterson and D'Acquisto requested to abstain due to conflict of interest. There were no Products in the course of business. After conferring with the City Attorney, he determined that he would vote. Carried 4-0 with Patterson and D'Acquisto abstaining. a objections. Hudec should be as he was involved in the original negotiations. D'Acquisto disagreed. Taube moved to amend to insert Atty. Hudec in last BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. Sanders seconded. Carried 4-2 with D'Acquisto and Misko voting "no." As amended, Reso. #22-95 carried 6-0. Reso. #30-95 - Recognition of 25 Years of Service - John Johnson. Patterson moved for adoption.
