MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 24, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M. by Mayor De
Angelis. Also present were Aldermen Patterson, D'Acquisto,
Dumke, Misko, Sanders, and Woodard, City Clerk Marenda, City
Attorney Molter and Deputy Clerk Blenski. Taube was absent.
Clerk reported that the meeting was noticed in accordance with
the Open Meeting Law on Friday, 1/20.
Patterson moved for approval of minutes of the 1/10/95 Common
Council meeting. D'Acquisto seconded, carried.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR'S OFFICE
Mayor presented Edward Raimann with a Certificate of
Appreciation and thanked him for his 29 years of dedicated
service on the Plan Commission. Mr. Raimann is retiring from
that position.
PERSONAL APPEARANCE
State Senator Lynn Adelman appeared before the Council to
provide information on the upcoming session in the Senate.
Sanders presented minutes of Finance Committee meetings held
1/18/95 and 1/24/95 and moved for acceptance. Patterson
seconded, carried.
Reso. #lo-95 - Resolution Authorizing Ehlers & Associates, Inc.
General Obligation Promissory Notes of the City of Muskego.

Patterson moved for adoption. Sanders seconded. Carried 6-0.
D'Acquisto presented minutes of Public Welfare Committee
meeting held 1/12/95 and moved for acceptance. Patterson
seconded, carried.
D'Acquisto presented minutes of Public Utilities Committee
meeting held 1/19/95 and moved for acceptance. Sanders
seconded, carried.
Minutes of 1/17/95 Plan Commission, 1/3/95 Library Board, and
file.
1/9/95 Parks f, Recreation Board were received and placed on
Ord. #856 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 17 to Create Section
Ordinance (To Allow Certain Types of Manufactured Housing).
5.09 and Amend Section 6.04(4)G of the City of Muskego Zoning
Deferred 11/22/94, 12/13/94, 1/10/95. D'Acquisto moved to amend
(2) to read as follows: "One and Two Family Built-off-site
Manufactured Homes or Dwellings or Modular Housing as defined by
ILHR 20.07,27 and WI State Statutes, Section 101.91: such
structures shall be certified as such under 42 USC Sections 5401
to 5426, which, when placed or remodeled on site" Misko
seconded, carried. Ord. #856, as amended, adopted 6-0.
Section 32.01(l)(d) of the Municipal Code of the City of
Ord. #858 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 32 to Create
Muskego (Fire Prevention Code/Review Fees) Second Reading.
D'Acquisto moved for adoption. Misko seconded. Carried 6-0.

Patterson moved for adoption. Dumke seconded. Carried 6-0.
Nontraffic Citations in Accordance with Ordinance #316. Misko
Reso. #12-95 - Authorizing Public Officials to Issue
moved for adoption. D'Acquisto seconded. Carried 6-0.
Reso. #13-95 - Authorizing Cancellation of Certain
Uncollectible Accounts Receivable (Rescue). Sanders moved for

Funds to be Carried Over Into 1995 ($1,685). Sanders moved for
adoption. D'Acquisto seconded. Carried 6-0.
Reso. #15-95 - Resolution to Establish Fees (Fire Dept. Plan
Review). Sanders moved for adoption. Patterson seconded.
Carried 6-0.

Reso. #16-95 - Approval of Agreement between the City of

Reso. #18-95 - Appointment of Citizen Member to the Plan
Commission (Neome Schaumberg). D'Acquisto moved for adoption.
Woodard seconded. Carried 6-0.
Reso. #19-95 - Approval of Affidavit for Correction to Final
