MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 13, 1994
The meeting was called to order at 9:23 P.M. by Mayor De
Angelis. Also present were Aldermen Patterson, D'Acquisto,
Dumke, Misko, Sanders, Taube and Woodard, City Clerk Marenda,
City Attorney Molter and Deputy Clerk Blenski.
Clerk reported that the meeting was noticed in accordance with
the Open Meeting Law.
D'Acquisto moved for approval of minutes of the November 22,
1994 Common Council meeting. Patterson seconded, carried.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR'S OFFICE
Mayor wished everyone a happy and safe holiday. There will not
be-a Council meeting held at the end of December.
Reso. #260-94 - Honoring City of Muskego Eagle Scout Robert J.
Weber. Patterson moved for adoption. Misko seconded. Carried
7-0. Mayor presented Robert with the Resolution.
Patterson requested that the reading of the minutes be
suspended. Patterson moved for acceptance of minutes of the
12/7/94 and 12/13/94 Finance Committee meetings. Sanders
seconded, carried.
D'Acquisto moved for acceptance of minutes of 12/5/94 Public
Works Committee meeting. Dumke seconded, carried.
Misko moved for acceptance of minutes of 12/8/94 Public Safety
Committee meeting. Woodard seconded, carried.
Taube moved for acceptance of minutes of 12/8/94 Rules, Laws &
Ordinance Committee meeting. Misko seconded, carried.
Patterson moved for acceptance of minutes of 12/12/94 Public
Welfare Committee meeting. D'Acquisto seconded, carried.
Minutes of the 12/6/94 Plan Commission Meeting were received
and placed on file.
Ord. #856 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 17 to Create Section
5.09 and Amend Section 6.04(4)G of the City of Muskego Zoning
Ordinance (To Allow Certain Types of Manufactured Housing).
Deferred from 11/22/94. Patterson moved to defer. D'Acquisto
seconded, carried.
Agreement and Letter of Credit for Foxboro North. Deferred

abstain due to conflict of interest. There was no objection.

Reso. #274-94 - Resolution Authorizing Mayor to Approve
Taube moved to amend to add "for three 1993 Chevrolet Caprice
squads" after "less $15,768 for trade in." Misko seconded,
carried. Reso. #274-94, as amended, adopted 7-0.
Reso. #275-94 -Nomination of Election Workers by Mayor of the
City of Muskego. D'Acquisto moved for adoption. Sanders
seconded. Carried 7-0.
Reso. #276-94 - Authorizing Cancellation of Certain
Uncollectible Accounts Receivable. Misko moved for adoption. e Woodard seconded. Carried 7-0.
Reso. #277-94 - Authorizing Write Off of Longstanding NSF
Checks. Dumke moved for adoption. Misko seconded. Carried
4-3 with D'Acquisto, Misko and Taube voting "no."

Patterson moved for approval of Tax Checks in the amount of
$18,227.12. Sanders seconded. Carried. 7-0.
Sanders moved for approval of Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$1,300,239.70. Woodard seconded. Carried 7-0.
Clerk announced a Public Hearing is scheduled to be held on
January 10, 1995 at 7:25 PM for petition for rezoning property
located in the SW 1/4 of Section 10 from RS-2 to RS-Z/OPD.
Taube expressed holiday wishes to the community.
Taube moved to adjourn at 11:OO P.M. D'Acquisto seconded,
carried.
