Also present were Aldermen Patterson, D'Acquisto, The meeting was called to order at 7:45 P.M. by Mayor De Dumke, Misko, Sanders (arrived at 7:55), Taube and Woodard, City '@ Attorney Molter and Deputy Clerk Blenski. Deputy Clerk reported that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the Open Meeting Law on November 4, 1994. Patterson moved for approval of minutes of the Common Council Meeting held October 25, 1994. Dumke seconded, carried. COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR'S OFFICE Mayor read Proclamation declaring the week of November 6 as Muskego Warriors Spirit Week. Reso. #234-94 - Honoring Muskego's AFSUSA Student - Nina Landsiedel. Taube moved for adoption. Misko seconded. Carried 6-0. Mayor presented the Resolution to Nina. Reso. #239-94 - Approval of Revolving Loan Fund Application for Spectrum Aluminum Finishing ($45,000). Taube moved for adoption. Dumke seconded. Carried 6-0. Reso. #240-94 - Approval of Agreement between the City of Muskego and SEWRPC for Administrative Assistance Regarding Loan Fund Application for Spectrum Aluminum Finishing. Dumke moved for adoption. Taube seconded. Carried 6-0. Patterson moved for acceptance of minutes of the 10/24/94 Committee of the Whole Meeting. Misko seconded, carried. (Ald. Sanders arrived.) Sanders presented minutes of the 11/2/94 Finance Committee Meeting and moved for acceptance. Mayor stated review of the liquor license ordinance and proposed changes would be at the December I Finance Committee meeting. Patterson seconded, carried. D'Acquisto presented minutes of the 10/27/94 Public Works Committee Meeting and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded, carried. Woodard presented minutes of the 11/3/94 Public Safety Committee Meeting and moved for acceptance. Misko seconded, carried. LICENSE APPROVAL Patterson moved for the approval of an Operator's License for Brenda German. Dumke seconded, carried. Patterson moved for the approval of Refuse Haulers' License for Superior of Wisconsin, Inc. and All Divisions subject to receipt of applicable fees. Dumke seconded, carried. VOUCHER APPROVAL Patterson moved for approval of General Vouchers in the amount of $530,578.65. Sanders seconded. Carried 7-0. Sanders moved for approval of Utility Vouchers in the amount of $147,075.99. Woodard seconded. Carried 7-0. Alderman Dumke announced he would not seek re-election to his district in the Spring.
