MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 25, 1994
The meeting was called to order at 7:49 P.M. by Mayor De
Angelis. Also present were Aldermen D'Acquisto,
Dumke, Misko, Sanders, and Woodard, City Clerk Marenda, City
Attorney Molter and Deputy Clerk Blenski. Patterson and Taube
were absent.
City Clerk reported that the meeting was noticed in
accordance with the Open Meeting Law on October 21, 1994.
Misko moved for approval of minutes of the Common Council
Meetings held October 11 and 17, 1994. Woodard seconded,
carried.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR'S OFFICE
Mayor read Proclamation for Sale of Buddy Poppies on Nov.
12 & 13. Mayor also read Proclamation declaring Oct. 30 -
6 as Pornography Awareness Week.
OLD BUSINESS
Ord. #853 - An Ordinance to Repeal Chapter 31 of the Munic
Code of the City of Muskego (Sign Code) Second Reading.
D'Acauisto moved to disaDDrove. Dumke seconded. Motion

withzrawn following discission on all three of the proposed
ordinances relating to signs. D'Acquisto moved for adoption.
Misko seconded. D'Acquisto moved to defer to Rules, Laws &
Ordinance Committee and requested that President of Chamber of
Commerce, Mary Jo Krawczyk, be allowed to address the Council.
There was no objection. Ms. Krawczyk stated that the Chamber
members are willing to work with the City to create a Sign
Ordinance favorable to the business community. Woodard
seconded. Motion to defer, carried.
Ord. #E54 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 17, Section 6.09 of
the Muncipal Code of the City of Muskego Zoning Ordinance
(Signs) Second Reading. Misko moved for adoption. D'Acquisto
seconded. Misko moved to defer. D'Acquisto seconded, carried.
Ord. #855 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 30 to Create Section
30.20 of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego (Building
Code) Second Reading. D'Acquisto moved for adoption. Misko
seconded. D'Acquisto moved to defer. Misko seconded, carried.
NEW BUSINESS
Reso. #225-94 - Resolution as to Offer to Purchase - Muskego
Business/Industrial Park (Lot 1 - CSM #7364). Sanders moved for
adoption. Woodard seconded. Carried 5-0.
Reso. #226-94 - Acceptance of Quote - Sewer Hookup (Schmidt
Property). Sanders moved for adoption. D'Aquisto seconded.
Carried 5-0.
Reso. #227-94 - Approval of Revolving Loan Fund Pre-Application
(Country Lakes Marine). Misko moved for adoption. Dumke
various matters prior to the City's review of a formal
seconded. Mayor stated that applicant needs to comply with
application. Carried 5-0.
Reso. #228-94 - Approval of Revolving Loan Fund Pre-Application
Misko seconded. Carried 5-0.

for adoption. Misko seconded. Sanders and Mikso stated the
reasons for the signs at Aud Mar Drive and Ladwig. Carried 5-0.

Woodard presented minutes of Public Safety Committee Meeting

carried.
Woodard presented minutes of Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee
Meeting held 10/13/94 and moved for acceptance. Misko
seconded, carried.
Woodard presented minutes of Public Utilities Committee Meeting
held 10/20/94 and moved for acceptance. Sanders seconded,
carried.
Minutes of Library Board Meeting held 10/4/94, Parks E,
Recreation Board Meeting held 10/10/94, and Plan Commission
Meeting held 10/18/94 were received and placed on file.
LICENSE APPROVAL
Knar, Diane Regner and Ronald Simpson. Woodard seconded,
Sanders moved for approval of Operators' Licenses for Cheryl
carried. Sanders moved for approval of Craig Flancher subject
to a 3, 6, 9 and 12-month review. Dumke seconded, carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
Sanders moved for Approval of General Vouchers in the amount of
