MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 11, 1994

The meeting was called to order at 8:48 P.M. by Mayor De
Dumke, Misko, Sanders, Taube, Woodard, City Attorney Molter and
Deputy City Clerk Blenski.
Deputy Clerk reported that the meeting was noticed in accordance
with the Open Meeting Law.
Misko moved for approval of minutes of the Common Council
Meeting held September 27, 1994 and the Special Council Meeting
held October 3, 1994. Patterson seconded, carried.
Reso. #217-94 - Approval of Certified Survey Map - Schmidt.
Taube moved for adoption. Sanders seconded. Discussion took
place about access of Lot 2 to Hillendale Drive. Sanders
requested permission for Mr. Schmidt to speak. There was no
be off of Hillendale. There is a driveway directly across the
objection. Mr. Schmidt stated that he prefers the driveway to
street from this lot. It is at an open and level area of the
road. Mayor stated that a note has been placed on the Certified
constructed, access for Lot 2 off of Hillendale shall be
Survey Map stating that at such time as Fireside Lane is
abandoned. Carried 7-0.
Sanders presented minutes of the Finance Committee Meetings held
9/28/94, 10/5/94 and 10/11/94 and moved for acceptance.
Patterson seconded, carried.
Woodard presented minutes of Rules, Laws E, Ordinance Committee
Meeting held 9/29/94 and moved for acceptance. Taube seconded,
carried.
D'Acquisto presented minutes of Public Welfare Committee Meeting
held 10/6/94 and moved for acceptance. Patterson seconded,
carried.
Minutes of 10/4/94 Plan Commission Meeting were received and
placed on file.
Ord. #E52 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 17 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Muskego, Zoning Ordinance. Second Reading.
Taube moved for adoption. D'Aquisto seconded. Carried 7-0.

November 21, 1994 at 7:OO P.M.). Misko moved for adoption.

Conley McDonald for Audit Service of General Fund and Sewer and

LICENSE APPROVAL.
Woida, Wendy Vogt, Sherine Toliver, Bruce Steinke, and Susan
Patterson moved for approval of Operators' Licenses for Sandra
Wilson subject to favorable police reports and receipt of
application forms. Sanders seconded, carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL.
Patterson moved for approval of General Vouchers in the amount
of $333,114.02. Sanders seconded. Carried 7-0.
Sanders moved for approval of Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$129,635.89. Woodard seconded. Carried 7-0.
Mayor stated Committee of the Whole Meeting was being
rescheduled from October 17 to Monday, October 24, 1994.
As there was no other business to come before the Common
Council, D'Acquisto moved to adjourn at 9:50 P.M. Misko
seconded, carried.
