MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 26, 1994
The meeting was called to order at 7:37 P.M. by Mayor De
Dumke, Misko, Sanders, Taube, City Clerk Marenda, Deputy Clerk
Blenski and City Attorney Molter. Alderman Woodard was absent.
Meeting held July 12, 1994. D'Acquisto seconded, carried.
Patterson moved for approval of minutes of the Common Council
COMMUNICATIONS FROM "HE MAYOR'S OFFICE
Mayor reported that the transfer of Big Muskego Lake dam has
been finalized.

Sanders presented minutes of Finance Committee Meetings held
7/20/94 and 7/26/94 and moved for acceptance. Patterson
seconded, carried.
D'Acquisto presented minutes of Public Welfare Committee Meeting
held 7/13/94 and moved for acceptance. Patterson seconded,
carried.
Misko presented minutes of Public Safety Committee Meeting held
7/14/94 and moved for acceptance. Sanders seconded, carried.
D'Acquisto presented minutes of Public Utilities Committee
Meeting held 7/21/94 and moved for acceptance. Sanders
seconded, carried.
Minutes of the Library Board Meeting held 7/5/94, Parks and
Recreation Board Meeting held 7/11/94 and Plan Commission
Meeting held 7/19/94 were received and placed on file.
PERSONAL APPEARANCES
Mr. Donald Vilione of Conlev McDonald & Co. oresented a review
of the 1993 audited financial statements, stating the City was
in good financial condition.
OLD BUSINESS
Reso. #147-94 - Approval of Amendment to "Petition for Improvements
Villages, Inc. and City of Muskego. On the floor, reconsidered and
and Agreement Regarding Special Assessments" between Country Club
deferred 7/12/94. Reso. #147-94 adopted 6-0.
Ord. #E14 - An Ordinance to Repeal and Recreate Chapter 18 of the
Municipal Code of the City of Muskego (Land Division Ordinance), on
the floor, deferred 6/14/94. Taube moved to amend "City Council"
Misko seconded, carried. Ord. #814, as amended, adopted 6-0.

Reso. #155-94 - Approval of City of Muskego Offer to Purchase
seconded. Carried 6-0.
(Water Reservoir Site). Patterson moved for adoption. Sanders

Relatives. Patterson moved for adoption. Dumke seconded. Mayor

Reso. #157-94 - Approval of Certified Survey Map - Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik & Associates. Taube moved for adoption.
D'Acquisto seconded. Discussion took place regarding items which
Metz of MSI General to speak. There was no objection. Mr. Metz still need to be addressed. Mayor requested permission for Mr.

D'Acquisto voting "no." Resolution #160-94, as amended, carried
of time involved. Sanders seconded. Motion carried 5-1 with
6-0.
Reso. #161-94 - Amendment to 1994 Budget. Dumke moved for
adoption. Sanders seconded. Carried 6-0.
Reso. #162-94 - Establishing Traffic Regulations. Misko moved for
adoption. Sanders seconded. Carried 6-0.
Reso. #163-94 - Appointment of Members to Capital Budget Committee
(Citizen members: M. Dibb, W. Madsen, J. Reik). Sanders moved for
adoption. D'Acquisto seconded. Carried 6-0.
Waste Management and the City of Muskego for a Shooting Range for
Reso. #164-94 - Approval of Extension of Lease Agreement between
the Police Department. Patterson moved for adoption. Misko
seconded. Carried 6-0.
Reso. #165-94 - Authorize Expenditure of Park Dedication Funds
seconded. Carried 6-0.

Patterson moved for approval of General Vouchers in the amount of
$290,478.35. Dumke seconded. Carried 6-0.
Patterson moved for approval of Tax Vouchers in the amount of
$688.61. Misko seconded. Carried 6-0.
Sanders moved for approval of Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$45,796.36. D’Acquisto seconded. Carried 6-0.
D‘Acquisto moved to adjourn at 10:06 P.M. Misko seconded, carried
