CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 14, 1994
The meeting was called to order at 7:32 P.M. by Mayor De Angelis.
Also present were Aldermen D'Acquisto, Dumke, Misko, Sanders,
Taube, Woodard, City Attorney Molter, and Recording Secretary
Cathie Anderson. Ald. Patterson arrived at 8:07 P.M. after
reading of the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of 5/25/94.
Meeting held May 24, 1994 and Common Council Special Meeting held
Sanders moved for approval of minutes of the Common Council
May 25, 1994. Dumke seconded, carried.
PERSONAL APPEARANCES
Plan Director Matthew G. Sadowski introduced Rama Stoviak,
Waukesha County Conservation Office, who gave a brief presentation
of the specifics of the Priority Watershed Project/Water Quality.
Plan Director Matthew G. Sadowski introduced Mark Paulat, PLWA
Grant Administrator/Soil Erosion Inspector who gave a brief
history of certifications and previous employment.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Sanders presented minutes of Finance Committee Meetings held
carried.
6/8/94 and 6/14/94 and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded,
D'Acquisto presented minutes of Public Works Committee Meeting
moved to send paragraph 4, page 3, back to the Public Works
held 5/25/94 and moved for acceptance. Dumke seconded. Ald. Taube
with Patterson, Dumke, Misko and Taube voting "aye" and
Committee for reconsideration. Seconded by Misko. Carried 4-3,
D'Acquisto, Sanders and Woodard voting "no". Motion to adopt
minutes as amended carried.
Meeting of 6/8/94 and moved for acceptance. Taube seconded,
Woodard presented minutes of Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee
carried.
Woodard presented minutes of Public Safety Committee Meeting of
6/8/94 and moved for acceptance. Misko seconded, carried.
Minutes of Plan Commission Meeting held 6/7/94 were received and
placed on file.
OLD BUSINESS
Reso. #126-94 - Approval of Final Plat, Letter of Credit and
Subdivider's Agreement for Lakewood Meadows Addn. #1 On the
floor, deferred 5/24/94. Carried 7-0.
Ord. #814 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 18 of the Municipal Code
deferred 9/28/93. Ald. Misko moved that final draft be completed
of the City of Muskego (Land Division Ordinance). On the floor,

Reading. Sanders moved for adoption. Woodard seconded, carried

NEW BUSINESS
Reso. #135-94 - Approval of Various License Applications for the
City of Muskego for the Licensing Period July 1, 1994 to June 30,
1995. Patterson moved for adoption, Dumke seconded. Misko moved
FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
to amend to remove #9 for special consideration and to add, “BE IT
hereby directs the City Clerk to notify all license holders per
the attached list that the Common Council of the City of Muskego
additional grounds for suspension, revocation or non-renewal of

paragraph to read “four times per year at “0“ dollars and cents.
Patterson seconded, carried. Motion to adopt Reso. 137-94, As
Amended, carried 7-0.

Patterson moved for adoption. Dumke seconded, carried 7-0.
Reso. #139-94 - Approval of Final Plat -Parkview Estates, Town of
Waterford. Taube moved for adoption. Sanders seconded, carried

Ord. #844 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 13, Section 13.025 of
the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego (Vicious Animals) First
Reading.
LICENSE APPROVAL
Misko moved to bring Item #9 of Reso. #135-94 back on the floor.
Taube seconded, carried. Misko moved to defer and refer Item #9
back to Finance Committee for review. Patterson seconded, carried
7-0.
Patterson moved for approval of Operators' Licenses for Tracy
Wildt, Lynissa Schaefer, Kelly Mindiola, Ann Clarstrom, Steve
Damask, Christy Last, and Margaret Williams. Dumke seconded,
carried 7-0.
Donald Hensiak. Dumke seconded. Carried 6-0, with Misko
Patterson moved for approval of Temporary Operator's License for
abstaining due to conflict of interest. There were no objections
to abstention. 0
Patterson moved for approval of Refuse Haulers for Best Disposal
Milwaukee, Superior of Wisconsin, Inc. (Expert). Dumke seconded,
Systems, Moeller Disposal Services, Inc., Waste Management of

Patterson moved for approval of Class "B" Beer (6/25 - 6/30/94)
for Lyon, Edward. Taube seconded, carried 7-0.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
Patterson moved for approval of General Vouchers in the amount of
$223,197.64. Sanders seconded. Carried 7-0.
Patterson moved for approval of Tax Vouchers in the amount of
$989.16. Sanders seconded. Carried 7-0.
Sanders moved for approval of Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$69,620.94. Woodard seconded. Carried 7-0.
