ccm19940525m COMMON COUNCIL CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF SPECIAL, MEETING AND HEARING HELD MAY 25, 1994 The meeting was called to order at 7:lO P.M. by Mayor De Angelis. Also present were Aldermen D‘Acquisto, Dumke, Misko, Sanders, Taube and Woodard, Deputy City Clerk Blenski and City Attorney Molter. Alderman Patterson was excused. Mayor De Angelis announced the Hearing was being held in the matter of revocation or suspension of “Class E” Retailers‘ License for the Sale of Fermented Malt Beverages and Intoxicating Liquors of Jeffrey L. Bosanac d/b/a Jeff‘s Black Duck. Attorney Donald Molter, representing the Common Council of the City of Muskego, identified Attorney Timothy Garrity as Counsel for Chief Johnson, the Complainant, and Attorney Joseph Kershek as Counsel for the Licensee, Mr. Bosanac. Attorney Molter stated that there is a proposed stipulated settlement of the complaint that the attorneys for all parties would have to approve the stipulation. Attorney Molter have been working on. The Common Council of the City of Muskego proceeded to enumerate the terms of the settlement. The Licensee agrees to a voluntary 90-day suspension of his license determined. The Council members requested copies be made of the stipulation documentation for their review. Attorney Molter stated the pros and cons of the stipulation. He pointed out that the 90-day suspension is the second harshest penalty. Mayor asked if there was any objection from Council members to allow Attorney Garrity or Attorney Kershek to speak on the matter. There was none. Attorney Garrity stated that the complainant supports the stipulation. It is favorable to the City. Misko moved to adjourn at 7:44 P.M.
